Philip Valenzia

Project Manager

Phil has over 30 years of experience in construction having performed everything from small residential remodeling projects, to estimating/ bidding and production management with emphasis on quality control. He managed the facility operations of over 9,000,000 SF of warehouse and office space in addition to running work crews of 2 to 30 people. As a Building Engineer/ Project Manager, he has handled all aspects of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance work on 1,900,000 SF of high profile office space. Phil has been a Program Manager of 10 Project Managers handling over 150 projects annually. He has successfully bid and awarded the janitorial contract of over 4,000,000 SF and successfully managed design build projects in high profile government offices. He holds a TS/SCI Full Life Style Poly clearance and is PMP certified.
